NI GROUP PRESENTS
Made in Italy, high quality manufacture of the “Freud circular” saws, as well as the quality of finishing cutting (chipboard and MDF) and long service life have already been appreciated by the largest manufacturers!
Features of the Freud circular saws:
1. Freud circular saw body is made of high-quality instrumental steel with a hardness of 45 HRC, which gives the saw body high rigidity and stability when cutting chipboard and MDF.
2. Freud circular saw body is manufactured on automatic laser cutting lines. This method ensures the absence of residual stresses on the edge of a saw, which has a beneficial effect on the life of a tool.
3. High quality circular saw provides cutting chipboard and MDF without chipping.
4. Duramix carbide teeth of Freud circular saw blades are made from a special alloy of fine-grained structure with the addition of titanium. This method of manufacture ensures a long service life of the circular saw until the next sharpening.
5. Carbide teeth are soldered onto the body of the saw blade using a special solder sandwich (silver-copper-silver). In this case, silver contributes to the deep penetration of solder into the surface of material, and copper acts as a cushioning layer that protects the saw blade teeth from chipping from the body of the saw blade during operation.
6. Sharpening angles of Freud saw blades are selected specifically for each type of material being processed, which increases the quality of processing.
7. Unique form of carbide soldering allow user to increase the number of regrinding tools.
8. All bodies of Freud circular saws are subjected to additional tension, which gives increased stability of the saw in kerf.
9. All Freud saws undergo dynamic balancing and beating control in both radial and axial directions.
10. The best "Price-Quality" ratio.
